When you call RHPCH after hours you will get a recorded message which, after you leave a message, a page will be sent to the veterinarian on-call. This service is designed for medical and surgical emergencies and questions that may determine the need for emergency care. 

Please call during regular office hours for basic pet care questions and to cancel, make or reschedule appointments. The on-call veterinarian is not at the clinic and does not have access to your records.  If you are waiting for a doctor to call you back, please stay off your phone line and wait for a return call.  Busy lines result in delayed care.
