Dr. Adams, DVM
Dr. Adams was born and raised in Mason City, Iowa. He earned his bachelor's, master's, and veterinary degrees at Iowa State University. After working at a wildlife rehab facility and practicing in Las Vegas, he decided to return to the Midwest. Dr. Adams made Mankato his home in 2010 and joined the River Hills team in 2024.
He has always had a love for science, biology, and animals, and being a veterinarian allows him to combine all of his passions into one rewarding career. In the nineteen years that he has been caring for pets, Dr. Adams discovered that what he enjoys the most is advocating for the animals. He truly loves surgery, dentistry, and the challenges of problem-solving when a patient isn't feeling well.
Dr. Adams shares his home with his two lovely children, a daughter, and a son. When he isn't caring for his patients or being a devoted father, he enjoys camping, biking, and road trip adventures. However, he is just as happy at home watching his favorite shows.
