Lexi grew up in the Mankato area, including Mapleton and Eagle Lake. She joined the River Hills Team in December 2021, which fueled her passion for furthering her career in veterinary medicine. Currently, she is enrolled at Penn Foster, where she will obtain her degree in veterinary technology.
From a young age, Lexi recognized her love for animals and knew she wanted to make a difference. She has always had an affinity for learning as much as possible. Throughout her life, she has cared for horses, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and hamsters. While working as an assistant at River Hills, she has experienced the constant joy of learning. She loves witnessing positive outcomes for sick patients and enjoys working with pets who are nervous or experience behavior challenges.
Lexi has a large family and is one of six children. She shares her home with a boxer and a husky, both six years old and inseparable. She also has her beloved pug, Nala, who has been with her since she was 13 years old. When she is not working or caring for her crew, you can find Lexi at the lake, hanging out with her dogs, or reading a book.
